We asked what the worker's favorite salad dressing was and all he responded was "honestly I don't like any of them". They then proceeded to have the place completely packed up 50 minutes before close, not giving two other groups of customers a place to sit except outside. They didn't want to warm the soup back up for one of the customers. The sandwich was decent though.
Odd layout. You walk in to the back of the building to order, back to the door to pay, then back to the back to pick up your order.There are no order numbers and they don't say anything when your food is ready, packed in 7 feet of plastic wrap.The French dip was really light on the meat and the aus ju was watered down.
Not a very great experience at all tonight. I come here quite often and usually order a decent amount. I was getting a small order this time, I understand they were having trouble with their card cashier system, but they had to run my card nine times and finally after about 15 minutes they were able to figure it out. Sadly to see with five employees working, and only one would make the food. Sadly, it took almost 20 minutes just to get mac & cheese and clam chowder. I ended up being late to where I needed to go and didn’t even get everything that I paid for. A little irritated that I tipped pretty decent and couldn’t even get out the door in a decent amount of time. In addition, due to being late to an important meeting, I didn’t get to eat my food, didn’t get all the food I paid for, and I managed to grab a bite, and I spat out the bread. I know what it tastes like, and it was not tasteful. Irritating to not get what you pay for, to have missing food, not being able to eat it, and it not tasting good…..
First time. Ordered ham and turkey sandwich with Cheddar cheese, side of OMGood clam chowder, and Southwest Chicken Salad to go. All was very good. No soup to take home either ?
Good food, but poor service. We waited 30min for 3 sandwiches. The BLT was missing the lettuce and tomato and their fountain drinks were all empty. All 5 of the employees had no sense of urgency to get anything done. Totally disappointed.
We were excited to try it out. Asked the lady at the register what is included in the meal. She told us a drink, chips, or sides which is Mac n cheese or soup is included in the meals. We ordered 4 sandwhich meals with soups. It came out to 73 dollars which is ridiculous. They charged us for all the sides, they were not included in the meals like she said. The food was ok at best. I defiantly won’t be coming back to any of these. Way over priced for sub quality food and no service..
Best French Dips ever. Great bread, flavorful ajus, and a reasonable amount of meat.
Normally I love this place but this is the 3rd time ordered through door dash and my order was messed up. I ordered two lemon cooler cookies and received two chocolate chip cookies instead, disappointed because I love the lemon cookies here.
We go here all the time. Service is fast and people are friendly. I love their cookies. Even though they are almost 2 bucks a pop it's worth it to me. Lemon and chocolate chip. I also live the fresh bread. My husband gets the bread bowl everytime. I get different sandwiches. A six inch sub is filling. Just about a filling as a footlong from subway. The bread is easier to eat then mr.pickles.
Absolutely best sandwhiches. Don't go to subway.... Go here!
