The pizza was excellent But I am from out of town and work 12 hrs a day. I was herded in and herded out. Kind of spoiled the dinner. But I do get it. The employees need to close 30 minutes early?
The food is up to standard for most roundtables, but this location never has our orders ready when we were told they would be. Always end up waiting twice as long, if not longer. The employees are very lazy with their work ethic and it's just sad and depressing inside. Was told my food would be ready in 20 min today, well it took an hour to get our pizza. I'm fine with waiting, but dont tell us it will be ready fast and make us come wait around for an extra 40 min. Its irritating to show up and find out our pizza hasn't even been made yet.
I have been a customer for 30 years now . This round table on main has been very good to me in the past . They have just lost my business forever because of trying to over charge me for my order. I don't know if there's new management or owners but gouging people just isn't right. Go someplace else .
What can I say…I always love me some good Round Table Pizza! I end up ordering the same pizza every time: Gourmet Veggie. White sauce, artichoke hearts, zucchini, etc, I just love it! This specific Round Table has very nice employees. It’s clean and the pizza is always consistently good. However…. as much as I like a salad with my pizza, their salad bar at this particular store lacks appeal and always seems to need attention. Most of the items (including the lettuce) are usually either empty or almost empty. Don’t get me wrong, the items that are in the salad bar are fresh & tasty, but it always looks like a huge crowd has just wiped it out no matter when I go. But this doesn’t deter me from picking up one of their tasty, little bit prices tho, pizzas.
It was fresh and delicious pizza, buffalo chicken and salad. The staff is friendly. Video games are fun and is safe place for your family.
They said delivery would be 35 - 45 min got a knock on the door in 20 min. Fresh hot awesome pizza as always !
This is one of the most poorly managed Round Table's I have ever experienced. I highly expect they are paying for the 5 star ratings that they are getting. My recent experience was the following. The staff that takes orders by phone are rude, which is odd for people that are so clearly high but does explain why they can't remember what you are ordering long enough to enter it into their system. It also explains why they miss entered our address and our phone number. The delivery driver, equipped with the wrong information, sped through our neighborhood past our house missing our clearly marked house number at the end of the drive way. Once he finally back tracked and found our easy to find house, he gave us our cool and under cooked pizza. Before he left he decided to argue with us about the speed limit of our street. He was laughably wrong because doesn't understand city code. He also doesn't understand courtesy or customer service. Lastly, they never gave us a receipt or mentioned the total, so I looked at my card statement and saw that they more than double charged us. Likely they tipped themselves and I have disputed the charges. This place is currently borderline criminal and operating with the integrity of a Nigerian prince. If you are the owner and reading this, paying for 5 star reviews is not going to fix your problem. Furthermore the shameful service you are providing is likely harming the reputation of Placerville in general and hurting, by proximity, the excellent businesses that surround you.
Manager Veronica is absolutely a sweetheart could not ask for a better experience hhe believes in treating other people with kindness if more people would be the way she is the world would be a much better place
Round tables pizza is pretty unmatched unless you have a really,really good spot!Yes it's expensive but that's why you use coupons or get whatever the special is!I don't care what anyone says.Yeah you might find 1 spot or 2 but also their usually pretty far from our house or in another town.But round tables pizza sauce (so tasty), their cheese , crust is always on point!Yeah employees come and go at their spots and rarely have problems but if I do they usually make it right.Placervilles 2 locations (Broadway & Missouri flat rd.) are pretty good!
