Best Pizza ever! Didn't really think it would be that good because I had company and it was 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 Pepperoni w/white sauce. Seriously every slice was gone in minutes! I'll be doing Pizza Factory again SOON! PS. The delivery people have always been very kind and patient. I have a very irritating barker, and they never seem to even mind. Thank you guys, your the BEST!
I will never ever order for delivery from this restaurant ever again! After placing an order for delivery, which was supposed to be 23 minutes, we didn’t recieve it within that time, so we called them and the person on the phone at this restaurant told us it was going to be another 30 minutes, well that was not true, because here we are still waiting 35 minutes even longer! I’d advise anyone not to ever order for delivery from this company, because they are highly untrustworthy!

One of my favorite places to go for pizza, and enjoy great food with friends and family. The service is good, food is great, and prices are good. Be sure to check them out if you haven't already!
Great place to eat. Awesome!!!! Pizza - Twisted bread sticks-Habenaro/Mango chicken wings. Great salad bar everything fresh. Top notch service. Had 10 in our party so ordered alot of food everything ready very quickly.
The pizza was delicious but the service not so great. Sat at table for awhile waiting for menus and even though staff were cleaning other tables close by, no one mentioned there was no table service. Oh well.
Thankful to have a pizza Factory near us again. They have great Bogo specials and you can order online and receive a discounted pizza after your 10th purchase
Service was slow but the food was good when it got there. Arcade games have gotten more violent than I prefer. I'd go for another event/party if invited, but wont be proposing it as an idea myself.
They refused to void my order and use a coupon.Very unfriendly and zero customer service.Way too pricey.
