I went to Mc Donald’s right, I saw that the happy meals had a princess peach go kart figure and was like “omg I want that so bad!!!” So I got it, and got a SONIC TOY please ? that’s literally false advertising
Nobody listens here. All workers need to be retrained at the register. Can’t follow simple directions everyone must have selective hearing
With the exception of the kiosk, from which the customer ORDERS AND PAYS, the experience over all was one satisfactory McDonald's visit.The staff is VERY friendly, courteous, and willing to help immediately, so as to remedy any customer dissatisfaction.
Recently remodeled, now there is no access to straws, napkins, or fountain drinks in the dining room. Everything has to be asked for, semi-understandable with the pandemic, but inconvenient when you just want napkins. Also forgot food from our order, and it wasn't during a busy time. Plus all of the newly remodeled McDonald's are sterile looking and give a prison feel in the dining room.
Worst experience at McDonald's in a long time, this used to be the good McDonald's in town before they renovated and made it look like it isn't a fast food restaurant. You can't fill your own drinks, get your own napkins, salt, or straws. They also don't give you your napkins, straws, or salt without asking them for it. Since you can't fill your own cup they also no longer offer drink refills, and completely leave out items that you pay for and are reluctant to give it to you even when it's on your receipt.
This McDonald's doesn't have the promotions that the other McDonald's have, ever. They also just removed the deals that every other McDonald's in the state have on their menu. Constantly messing up orders
I hadn't been to a McDonalds in awhile, actually, since the grandkids were little and ran amuk in the playland of bacteria. Funny, they never got the Covid or anything despite the hundreds of sticky hands that touched every possible surface. In truth, when the food is hot and fresh rather than sitting under the heat lamps, Mc Donalds is one of my favorites.
Service was quick and efficient. This particular one has a lot of car traffic. But still had good service and food was ready quickly.
The staff was so delightful and professional had great customer service.
It's convenient although there is always a line ... They get you threw there fairly fast
