Chicken was perfectly cooked. No dried out pieces and breading was consistent throughout. Would have given 5 stars, but ordered mash and gravy and got mac and cheese. While good, mac and cheese is harder to dip biscuit in.
Ordered a 16 piece meal with a 12 piece hotwing only recieved 14 pieces and no hot wings didnt realise till we got home as we were in a hurry had to drive all the eay back from camino only to find out that instead of holding our hotwings for us gave them to someone else there for leaving us without another persons meal. They have slow service and while working will dk nothing more than talk majority of the time rather then getting your food for you so by the time you do get it its room temp and barely warm your lucky if its warm. And while ordering they will ask you mamy times what you said because they have thier music blaring all the while joking around woth their coworkers while you order.
Tried calling a head to see if they had the nationally advertised Wednesday special tried calling eight more times no one answered finally drove down there which is quite a distance for me just to find out that they did not have the special I did not even know what I was talking about
I will never buy anything from this place. Rude service. Dirty restaurant. They were cleaning the air vent in the dining room during dinner hours . Dust Everywhere getting in the open kitchen all over the food. Not recommend to eat here.yuk
Dirty, didn't put lid on gravy all over my car floor . They don't answer phone. AWEFUL will be reporting to corporate.
Pretty pathetic service today! One person making food, one cashier who talked too much and couldn't make the correct change, and supposedly one cook, who was hanging out the side door when I was walking in. There were about eight orders in front of me waiting for their orders, while the preparer was carrying on a personal conversation from behind the counter with an obvious acquaintance who was sitting in the dining area.A woman walked in for a pot-pie and was told they were out (at noon). The prepper told the cashier that the woman always gets mad when she's told they're out, and they both laughed (after the customer had walked out). The prepper said she hadn't had time to ready any pies, and made sure everyone heard her.Both did everything in slow motion, and had absolutely no work ethic. If I were the owner of this franchise, I would definitely be looking for replacements, no matter how difficult it is right now to hire good help. I can guarantee, that with today's performance, you lost quite a few customers, that definitely includes me.
The very best and freshest chicken I have gotten from KFC in a very long time. I live in Shingle Springs but work not too far from this KFC.
The female in furniture was EXTREMELY RUDE, I will never go back to that store.
Food was good and didn't make me sick like a few other KFC have . was clean for the most part . However the customer service was good but they seem very unfriendly or more like they just don't care attitude. But other then that I would go there again !
