Quick, efficient service; friendly staff. The food was great, I don't recall exactly what the combo number I ordered was, but the food was, as I said, great.
Wonderful food. The tacos were very good due to the taco shell itself! Very tasty and crispy. I enjoyed it very much; it was the first time l had eaten at Chipotles. My husband's vegetarian burrito was excellent as well.
Quality has really gone down hill. Last two times I have ordered quesadillas the order has been messed up. This last time there was almost no cheese in the quesadilla and they put the filling on the side. Last time I ordered they didn't put either of the sides. I do not recommend this location at all.
This Chipotle is super slow.. they are always out of popular menu items .. the people working behind the counter . Never seem to pay attention to our orders
They rushed you like cattle then didn't have change so instead of offering you free chips they just didn't give you anything. So with me they short changed me almost a dallor. So was not pleased with there service.
Y'all really serving burnt steak now huh? Gross
No wonder why this location has low ratings. I love Chipotle but I swear not to support this location here in Placerville anymore. They need to get rid of rude employees. This place has the worst customer service, poor quality of food, dirty, and rude employees.
I drive all the way out to this Chipotle because it used to be the best one within a 50 mi radius. The quality is going down. The don't make food consistently, when you order 2 or 3 tacos, one is different from the next. I watched them scrape the bottom of the black bean barrel that was pretty much empty and looked very old to make me 3 tacos. 1/3 tacos had 3 beans on it. The chicken was extra salty, almost inedible today..I don't think I'll be driving out of my way to come back here any longer.
Bathroom lock was broken! Food was good
Food is always great but why do we ALWAYS get the rudest service? The employees at this location seem like they hate their job, their customers and their lives…
