I ordered a waba plate with white meat sub and a extra side of white meat and steak I received order at 8:55 pm last night right before closing I call up today to let them know they forgot part of my order they tell me they can't fix They're mistake ? so I'll just stick to ordering to Fullerton specifically this location is bad customer service nice to know I got robbed over $8 for food I never got

I came on Saturday night 8/7/2021 my server was Aina M and they forgot to do my order , I ask why took so long and the excuse was shrimp takes longer to cook ! Could it be honest and said they left my order behind !!it took more than half an hour to be ready and it was slow !!
I had to wait 4 minutes before someone took my order cook saw me and some dishwasher saw me as well and did not communicate with the cashier that was also washing dishes that I was waiting for my order to be taken very disappointing.

PLEASE ADD MORE WATER WHEN MAKING THE RICE!I really like WABA GRILL. But at this location, the portions are really small, and the rice is always hard.Most of the staff is polite though.

Decided to get a quick bit to eat. Order A special that had advertised And things started to go downhill. But to my surprise the woman at the register was able to handle it and get taken care of beyond my satisfaction. Thank you for the great service.
Very tight with the sauce. Will reluctantly give you extra sauce packets if you ask. Not sure if she is owner or manager but she has really bad attitude. The two girls who work the register are very nice!
