9 staff members present on the day I visited and feel there was some disorganization.
Do not come here during rush hour and if you do go to drive through because they cannot dish out the orders inside. I had been there 45 mins. My wife and son had to get off the car because my son was impatient. I thought it would be faster to go inside but I was wrong. At the end I had to get my refund and they couldn’t even give me all of it. They took 6 dollars from me. Drinks on me you guys ( thumbs up) you guys were horrible.
Put through a mobile order at this location.I got one of my orders 10 min after people in store that ordered after me came in. I patiently waited for the 2nd drink knowing they are really busy. After another 10 minute wait, I asked if the tea was ready and they didn't even have the order started...They said sorry they haven't started it yet. It could of been a simple fix, knowing they had given me the 1st drink a while ago and having the courtesy to let me know my other drink would be out shortly. It took for me to follow-up and ask how much longer to find out they missed it and it wasn't even started. Unfortunately, I had to leave after waiting 28 minutes for my mobile order and couldn't wait to get my refund because I would have to go back and wait in a line. Very poor service.
Great coffee with a great drive thru. The line is usually pretty long, but it goes faster than you'd expect. Great service!
Friendly Starbucks environment, however its clear the leadership has issues with staffing the correct amount of people. I've had to leave without my coffee due to wait times upwards of 20 minutes.
Placed my order early since this Starbucks gets pretty busy. But it was more than a 20 minute wait. Also, I went to ask for an update and the barista ignored me. I walked out without picking up my coffee

This starbucks is so good and the workers are always so friendly, which is one of the reasons why I go to this specific one. The problem is that it’s either a hit or a miss in terms of promptness. Sometimes when i get there after ordering from my phone it is ready as soon as i’m there, but other times, i’ll be stuck waiting for 25 minutes. the drive through also is very lengthy. I think if they could just figure out a way to get the drinks out a little more efficiently and in order it would be five stars!
I went in one night with my mom and sister and the employee was very kind taking our order in the drive thru, and made sure to help us to his best even though they were short staffed and busy. Made my coffee just perfect, and although it was busy they took care of us very well!
Waited too long in the Drive-Thru for a cup of coffee didn't offer anything for the wait
