If Tuesday is your busiest day, why not to hire more people on this particular day? 45 mins wait for a burrito? It's just unacceptable. None of the employees communicate how long is the wait to get a plate. At least you give the opportunity to the customer to choose if they want to wait or not.
Awesome, clean and good food
I waited 45 mins. for my food. I finally demanded a refund because they were 7 mins. away from closing. They told me the manager was busy and couldn't do it right away. Service was really bad.
This location sucks food is over seasoned and taste old and the people in the kitchen are very slow waited 30 minutes for a dried salty burritoNever again!

The salmon burrito is my favorite
They didn't give us the right things. And they put our order to go when we never told them we wanted it to go, we wanted to eat there. There food was only average not real tacos. They didn't have a good favor on our tacos and they were cold.
This particular location could use a brush up on how they execute the Rubio's menu. Ive eaten at several locations and this location seems to not infuse the general quality that you expect. It seems like a management/training issue.
