What a great place!!! Customer service is awesome and you get a lot for what you paid for.My favorite from there is the Horchata Ice cream and the Dole Whip ice cream.Sooooo good. Especially if you mix it.Recommended it for anytime of the year!!

I love this ice cream place. I enjoy coming here with my wife often. The ice cream is very creamy and flavorful, alway a good time there. We live in Anaheim so, we decided to purchase ice cream pack to enjoy it at our home. We had never purchased it before. As we were eating we found a hair in one of them. At first I thought it was my own hair, however, I saw that it was stuck and sticking up. This is our first time purchasing a pack so, I am not sure if this is an ongoing thing.... we have never had a hair in our ice cream before when eating there.We will continue going there, but probably not purchase a pack for home.

Heard a lot of Good reviews from a family friend and had to visit it, Samples were not available so picked up my favorite one. Got the almond pint, somehow the almonds were bitter, called the store and they happily agreed to replace it. Will try different flavor and update my review.
It was nice to see a family run business doing so well! It is a small shop in a little strip mall, but inside it is decorated very nicely with a cool mural and paintings. The service is very good and the ice cream is great! I had caramel with mint and chip. The portions are very large. You can have two flavors in a small size for about $6. It is not close to me, but I will bring the rest of my family ASAP.
I've been here twice and I got the banana marshmallow ice cream and I can't get myself to try anything else.I'm not a huge sweets person but boy oh boy, I ALWAYS have room for ice cream. Super creamy and flavorful. I really wish this place was closer to me. I treat this as a special occasion place.Good job Rich Farms. I hope you expand and branch off to more locations (by me). Maybe I'll try other flavors. I'm sold. 5 stars for the ice cream I thought sounded weird but I now crave.

Fast service and good flavors. The kids working were not the best socially, but hey they are kids. Overall great place to stop by and get a quick scoop.
