Brianna the manager is a piece of work. She asked me to park at a non busy time ,I told her please don't forget about me( as they have the last 3 times I've gone. She said I can refund your money if u don't want to park. After she said that , I didn't even want food from there and gladly accepted my hard earned money, and went to carls Jr where they had manners. Lazy, rude people don't need to be management
It's obvious the brand, as a whole, is focusing on quality, engagement, efficiency and even order accuracy. This store is a reflection of that.Today, the store was FULL. I ordered before most of the others and the entire store got served before me. There was a young man that took notice, immediately worked with his team to prepare my order, then added a few small extra items. I started to say say, "Dude this isn't even my order." I am NOT a shy person and I'm not afraid to call anyone out. He said, "It was for the wait, sir."Not only did he show he cared, he extinguished a customer concern before it even happened because I was about to voice my concern. Keep working hard over there, team!
I don't know why we keep going back b/c the service has been so constantly bad. I know working food service is hard. but compared to every other fast food place we visit, this location consistently has worse service, more inaccurate orders, longer wait times and ruder employees. I know I've filled out their online surveys detailing their problems, but it doesn't seem to improve. Corporate, seriously, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION.
This morning's coffee included some great jokes from the facility IT guy who happened to be here installing an upgrade.

Never tried a Mc Rib finally decided to buy one and this happens. Moldy bread. At least i think it’s mold kind of has webbing.
My order is wrong half the time, yes, I said that correctly, half the time! I’ve been coming here for years and I never learned my lesson. I won’t be returning.
Went thru the drive thru. This location actually got my complete order correct. All the way to the sauces and ketchup that was requested. Every other McDonald's I've gone to lately had messed up the order in some way. A HUGE THANK YOU to this location. My kids v were very happy that they got everything they ordered. Happy kids = happy mom!!!
