HORRIBLE SERVICE. So this location displays they are open for Mobile, Uber, Doordash order pick up after hours. Well today 3/18/22 @ 10:30pm, I arrived at McDonald's and went to the door and rang the bell. I waited and waited and waited at the door. No one came to the door nor dis they do any eye contact. Another dasher was also waiting and had been there 20 min and no one approached us. I ended up going to the drive thru instead. What is so sad is that the so called "Manager" was on-site setting the example. Ignore the people at the door and just laugh. I hope upper management reads our post and make a difference and not just laugh .
This location is closest to our house so we come here often, but this is our last visit. Drive-thru rarely packs our order correctly. Freshness is a hit and miss.
Drive thru was very quick and the food was pretty good at this location.
if you plan on getting a quick bite to eat this is not the restaurant to stop at. drive thru is slow and walking in is worse. I placed a order on one occasion and was told to wait in the drive thru parking spot . well i spent a good 20 min waiting and decided to walk in. they had deleted my order on the screen and had no idea i was waiting for anything. this morning my rewards app drive thru number would not work 6:58 am so I told the team leader i would walk in to have the qr code scanned. she replied "ok". i buzzed the door and she told me they were closed and did not open till 7am. definitely never stopping at this McDonalds again
So I went there 2 days ago at around 3:00pm. using the drive thru. Didn’t look busy, I ordered no problem, paid no problem. Got to the second window, got my drink and was asked to park & wait which was ok with it, when I get to the parking there was already 5 cars waiting, so I park and shortly after a girl comes out with a bag, goes to a few cars to give the order but the issue that I had was that she was letting everyone touch the bag, look in and then return because it wasn’t their. There is a lot more to the story but with the whole pandemic you guys have to find out a system where this does’t happened, I mean who wants to eat food that everyone took a peek and some even put their hands to check, that’s just disgusting.
Closed driveway through 20 minutes before clsoing. Don't say you close at 2am if your not going to stay open, wasted my time

The first time I waited 20 minutes and that's because I asked for my food to be fresh. They said the condiments were in the bag and nothing was in it and the food was cold. Second time same thing I was told I would have to wait, I did and AGAIN food was cold. NEVER will I go back to this Mc Donalds nor would I recommend anyone to go. You sit there and wait thinking that you will receive what you ordered and PAID FOR because the food isn't free, Bad service food cold DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
Workers are rude… so today I went ordered 3 sanwishes not combo just sanwish aparently they charged combos… I told they guy so he just took my drinks but didnt return my money….
