Tried to get a hot n ready cheese pizza, but they waited until they were out to start making more cheese pizzas... Said I had to wait around 20 min for the next one to be ready. I was in an Uber so I couldn't wait. On top of this, they didn't tell me this until after I put my card in, I pulled the card out and said nevermind don't charge me because I can't wait. I get home and found out they still charged me

Never order from this place online or on the app! Workers do not pay attention to online orders! This is not the first time it happens with us! This is the 3rd we order ahead and our pizzas are never ready on time like we ordered! We always have to come, show them our order so they can make sure that we had an order when it is paid already. Very bad service!

I ordered on the app so I wouldn't have to wait. And got there my order was on the portal but it was missing 2 items. So I need it to wait in line still jus what I didn't want to.
