This used to be a pretty good location, but things have CHANGED!!! I get the feeling this has become an "absentee owner" franchise. I was a regular customer and it didn't take just one bad experience to alienate me; however, after about half a dozen bad experiences in a row, I've had enough. In a nutshell, if you like your chicken extra greasy, undercooked, and served by surley people who act as though you were imposing on them to trade there, this is for you. If you like good, well prepared food and a friendly face that makes you glad you came, find a different restaurant. What has happened to this KFC is just downright depressing.
The woman I usually see that works here is so nice and efficient. (Unfortunately I don't know her name.) The chicken is good here but be careful when you are reheating the chicken at home because the texture might get a little tough. The sauces are amazing.

This is the second time in 1 month that I have to return to store half family served because ALWAYS! SHORT.. missing food . They need to make sure customers get what we pay for ..
Food is always hot and tasty; ready within 2 - 5 mins.
