Very good customer service. The food was prepared almost as you see it on the commercials and everything was bagged nicely and neatly even though we were dining in! That Spicy Cluck is the absolute best!!

Been here the last 3 times and they have NEVER GOTTEN MY ORDER RIGHT. Not sure who is in charge butjustnot the people thatsShould be running your business. I can guarnandamntee you that I will be checking EVERY damn order from now on, and if it is wrong then they will be cleaning it off the window.
My food was wrong and i had food missing. which is terrible considering the drive thru girl made me repeat everything twice. U could atleast answer the phone ontop of that.

I asked for 3 ranches for my meal and she gave me 2. When I asked for 1 more she said say please. I said I should not have to say please for something I already asked for. I've had this problem before with this place. I ask for 3 dipping and almost every time they give 2 and I have to ask for what I asked for. Check your bag for your order because it's going to be wrong. I'm not going to this store anymore. Rude.

Love me some basic Cheeseburgers and a Coke. Try the Sourdough Jack burger or breakfast sandwich. That burger is one of my top 5 fast food burgers. Can't miss with the Jumbo Jack and the 2 Tacos are also tasty with their mystery filling. Only thing is the fries aren't as good as other fast food restaurants.
