It's Jack in the Box. A pretty good one, but nothing spectacular. Fast Food is fast food. Their drive-thru is pretty speedy most of the time.
Order was perfectly well, no issues, no delays, fries tasted freshly made.
It's hit and miss with these guys sometimes the food is fresh but most of the time it's not but you are waiting forever to get the food
Now I know why 2.5 ⭐️ s, horrible service!!!! I was going to leave a huge complain/review but I’m not going to waste my time. Save your money & go somewhere else.
They always give you the order incorrect sometimes missing things sometimes incorrect items in there always to their benefit though whenever they’re giving you the wrong item, so it’s cheaper than what you ordered.
On Sept 16, I ordered the BOGO JUMBO JACK on the receipt with the survey code like I had done many times before. It was 7 days after the receipt date which is what the coupon allows. It usually comes out to $3.14. I gave the cashier $4 and the receipt at the drive thru. The man tells me the code is no good with some convoluted explanation. I told him nevermind and he kept the receipt and money. I contacted corporate and received a confirmation but never heard anything more. Avoid this location.
Came with some family who were visiting from Chicago, absolutely nothing but dirty tables and dirty floors. Crew members got upset after we asked them 4 times to please clean the tables.We stepped in ranch, there were curly fries on the floor and the tables were smeered with Mayo and lettuce and god know what else from previous customers.Not only that, they kicked us out 2 hours before the actually dining room time. Got kicked out at 8pm when we actually had till 10pm. (Says on the door and many other locations are open later anyway)The attitude of the staff was very rude when it came to patience with their customers as well as failing to be attentive when taking orders.I would for your own safety and assurance of cleanliness during these times of a pandemic to visit more clean, friendly Jack in the box which you can probably find located anywhere else here in Orange County, or visit the Del Taco that’s Down the street where they will clean the tables when first asked with a smile on their face and with a sense of urgency.Ive been to many Jack in the box locations in my time, from Los Angeles county to here in OC and this one has been the WORST ive experienced so far.So do yourself a favor and turn back and visit somewhere else!
