Super slow counter service. It took 10 minutes to have our order taken, not particularly busy at the time with no one ahead of us in line and 2 cars in the drive-thru. 5 employees working, but no one bothered to come to the counter to take an order even after several employees saw us at the register. Employee taking our order seemed annoyed he had to take an order. Obviously, customer service training is lacking.
Drive thru very slow but nice workers, very friendly and doing a great job considering being very low on staff.
Valencia restaurant had the best tasting food, tacos have plenty of meat, old menu still exists, and drive-thru is very spacious. Easy access in through drive thru, especially exiting. Spacious parking. Friendliest staff & quick getting orders to customers. Love this place, close to VHS and on the way home. This will be my go to place from now on.
Wait to order to a while but im sure they're short staffed just like everyone else. Food was ready at the window so that was quick. Staff was pleasant. Everyone looked to be working hard.
This del Taco on imperial and roses great, but they don't offer everything. For instance, their breakfast isn't 24 hours. That's just a product of COVID. Need to go to the one on Placentia and Yorba Linda boulevard for Del Taco's full offerings.
I used Del Taco app to preorder, it was ready when I got there after 15 minutes. I was going to take out but I changed my mind because dine in looks better.It was not too crowded and the eating area was clean and neat. It even has outside dining too.Food was fresh and much better than I expected because these days many other non-fast food restaurants give already cooked then warmed food too.
From now on if the dining room is closed for any fast food restaurant they get 1 star. Enough is enough.
I ate here 4 times in 12 hours. No regrets. 10/10 would binge again ?
Sep 15th I drove through the drive thru at 1:35 pm. I did not get a receipt, I asked if she gave me mild sauce, she replied, Yes! Then threw the bag at me. Rude and pathetic!
Doesn’t matter how many times you ask for them to actually include green sauce on the quesadilla, that third ingredient of making a quesadilla is just too hard to grasp. They ask what sauce packets you want, and then they just don’t put em in the bag. One of the sloppier del tacos around.
