Always like this Del Taco. Burrito was good and the guy who takes my order here is always nice.
I have much better luck at this location than the one a mile east on Orangethorpe. I have never had my order messed up here.

The customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced with any Del Taco locations - I pulled up to the drive-thru around 8:15am, I waited about 3 minutes before I said "hello" no response after a minute or so, then I get a young guy's voice and he said "can I help you", I said I thought you were closed and no reply, I asked for my items and the guy goes silence again, I asked if he got my order and no reply, waited a moment and I said "Hello, did you get my order" he then says with an attitude "I got everything", I said "thank you". Obviously I didn't get a total, I pulled to the window and see this older man fixing the headset, he took the order of the car behind me and got the drink ready, went to the computer to take the next car's order and I kept waiting to see if he would open the window so I can pay for my order and nothing, I DROVE OFF! Thanks to Del Taco unhappy employees I was late for work since I had to stop by at Farmer Boys to get my breakfast. Del Taco a simple suggestion as a frequent customer, trained your employees to say "can you please give me a moment" or "can you hold a moment" or repeat the order to assure to the costumer that the employee got the correct order.
I came during night shift at 3:53 and the guy taking my order had terrible customer service and my burritos were so thin and filled half way, I don’t know what’s with the guys attitude but either he has to change it or relocate him because I am not coming back as long as he’s there, or at least not during his shift.
The food is good and the service is quick. The drive thru is usually pretty busy but the wait isn't very long. I've started coming here since the Del Taco by Imperial is either closed or very slow every time I go.
This is the best del taco in the area! The drive through boys were very jolly fellows.
It's hit and miss here. Go late and you get screwed on portions. During the day seems to be better. We go a lot too to this location. Definitely not consistent on the portions used in the food. Order a small fry get extra. Upgrade to medium and get less fries than in a regular portion of small fries. Same with burritos. Tacos are pretty consistent though I must say. Also, I wish they could make a good Double Del hamburger. Seems like all bun and super thin patties. Oh well, must be fast food these days.

I went during lunchtime (bw 12 - 1 pm) and the line wrapped around and past the gas station ⛽. Never seen it like that. So I parked & went inside, expecting it to probably take longer (didn't want to sit stressing and time and gas $ being spent sitting in the drive-thru) than it would if I had just stayed in the car...like always.But they were super quick and ? nice. Less than 2 mins waiting for my order and the food was great. The employees were working super hard and were super polite. Which unfortunately doesn't happen much anymore.24 HOURS EVERYDAY! Just so you know.So when u'v been up all night you don't have to feel like a total freak. Sustenance! ??
