Just watched an employee, Nicola or Nicolette lose her cool. It's busy, today's mothers day, we know. Another customer asked if she had an update on her order? it had been 30 minutes. She was polite about it. The employee proceeded to YELL at her " We are busy and it's mothers day!" Wow! Could have just checked on her order???? I was sad and embarrassed for her. She ended up asking for a refund, I would too. You don't get my business when you act like that. Nicola then starts yelling and lecturing about wasting food. Thanks Nicola you RUINED everyone's morning and mother's day who had to listen to you and you're bratty responses. Take a walk!
The food is very good and there are a lot of options. Their drink ire very good, especially their iced coffees.
Food I will for sure give 4/5 stars (there is always room for improvements). I have been to this place 2 times. First time I was there, I felt some rudeness from the staff but I ignored it as I felt they may be short staffed and they were also very busy at that time. 2nd time I went there to pick up my call in order. First of all, it was not ready, I got very rude welcome from the person behind the counter. I had to remind them 2 times of what they are missing in my order. The 2 ladies behind counter were interested in talking to each other and “work gossip” then welcoming and serving to customers. I may have to try their other location now, before making a firm decision.
Bagels are good. Schmear is good. The attitude behind the counter? Not so much.
I went with my friend earlier today. Normally, they’re really great! Amazing tasting bagels and wonderful service/friendly staff. Unfortunately, today, my friend (who has a gluten allergy) ordered a gluten free bagel, and she was given a bagel with gluten. We completely understand that mistakes happen, but her Gluten allergy is severe — to the point where she’s currently really sick. I’m sure we’ll be back again in the near future, but please ensure that you double check the order — before handing it to the customer. Thank you

Spent $30 dollars on 2 smoothies and 2 bagels, and I asked if I could have a side of cream cheese when they dropped of the food and she said that costs extra.“We have the right to OVER serve our customers”yeah right.
Friendly service, great food. My wife and I enjoy starting our day with their breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bagel. With a side of tasty cottage fries and a selection of coffees, including seasonal blends like pumpkin spice, how could we not be content? ??
