Cute little restaurant with a jukebox with Mexican artists like Vicente Fernandez, Tucanes de Tijuana, Ramon Ayala, among others. The place’s cantina decor is as if time stayed still during the 80’s. Food is quite tasty as if your favorite Mexican aunt prepared it. The a.c. helped a lot since we were trying to freshen up after a hot day. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a relaxing yet delicious meal at a super affordable price.
The food and the atmosphere is excellent they really Know how to treat you there Everything on the menu is very good.
Love this place, old style delicious Mexican food.Best Mexican food in the area
Just like mom making us food. ??. Must try it. Eva and Juan thank you.
Have been coming here for forty years. Same waitress Maria and she remembers us! Chicken Mole to die for and love the pickled carrots
We have been going to 301 Cafe for years! Small family owned Mexican restaurant with amazing food and old school atmosphere!! One cook, 1 waitress, but always worth the wait!! Steak picado, carne asada dinner, all their wet burritos! We've lived everything we've ever tried!! I highly recommend 301!!
Great comfortable atmosphere, food is very good, I love the carrots/onions/jolepenos you get with your chips and salsa. Very good and authentic. Price was amazing compared to other Mexican joints in the area.
Old school Mexican vibe... great food. ridiculously good prices, but you can't be in a hurry there. it's just the owner and her husband most days. Prepare to have some great food and great prices, but you'll probably be there a short while.
Just so yummy. Been going here for years
We had not visited for years until I came back to see family. Still the best Mexican food, better than any Central Cal restaurant we have tried. And hands down still the best mole I have ever had. Very reasonable. A lot of kitsch, but aside from the booths clothed on butterscotch color (used to be red), the place hasn't changed since the late 1960's when our family would come on Friday nights.
