This is the most worst wingstop place I've ever been too, it's absolutely horrible, they almost never pick up the phone for a order, the employers slack off or joke around and arent even serious, it takes 20 mins for my order to be ready and it's just horrible, never order here the food is just poorly cooked and the customer service is HORRIBLE, thiers no words to describe this, because it's just that bad
Don't order ahead online . Place order not online food was cold and I could tell where my order was when I came in . 15 to 30 min wait time 8pm. They did my order again but I order 3hrs ahead and I was 5min early? but it was cold like 30min to 1hr . Thank you for redoing it . I think this place need to be larger for the amount of orders 1 cashier and 1 for pick up orders compare to Antioch location
I was very disappointed my fries we're cold and hard and my chicken was over cooked some were like wood meat and they also gave me the wrong chicken flavor ..
I had a long piece of hair in my food, and my chicken and fried didn’t have no seasoning on it. They never answer the phone and I saw the cook putting chicken in with her hands no gloves.
NASTY TASTELESS CHICKEN STRIPS DID NOT EVEN TASTE LIKE LEMON PEPPER OR GARLIC PARMESAN. DROWNED IN BUTTER. HAD TO DIP IT IN RANCH TO MAKE IT TASTE GOOD. FRIES NOT SEASONED. I DROPPED THAT BAG OF FOOD OFF THE NEXT DAY AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER. I'M STICKING TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS. ✌? HIRE NEW COOKS. THE YOUNGINS HAVE NO BUSINESS COOKING!
Been here several times. It's close. Getting in a phone call is a 10% success rate if you want something custom like crispy wings or fries. So I have up n now I have an air fryer. Also, don't carry the extra hot original wings some others do.
Well, the low reviews were true, ordered from here last light and was pretty bad. We ordered online 15pc meal, 9 parmesan regular and 6 Hawaiian boneless but received regular, fries, added: carrot side and carrot/celery side. The wings were completely over cooked, dry and extremely tough, fries were soggy and only 2 ranch dips for entire order. Staff acted like they could care less if you were there or not, like the real staff had all left and a bunch of random kids came in and decided to play "restaurant" ??
Wowwww! I have never been to a wing stop in this area that had phenomenal service! Im so inpressed the staff was great very professional and awesome customer service! The food was wonderful and QUICK! As every one probably knows the winstopa in this area arent the best but this one IS GREAT I will definately be driving out here instead of around the corner of my house in brentwood. I cant thank you enough for the awesome experience!
Long wait time. The in store experience have some room to improvement.
