I walked in to order and waited 25 minutes. The fries and cajun corn was old and cold. My Chicken wasn' piping hot. This is second time going to this Wing Stop and I recieved cold food even though I walked in to order.
First off they take way too long to make your food /they will straight up forget to make your food until you have to ask them to make it /my friends got there food within 25 minutes I had to wait 40 minutes and that’s because they straight up forgot to make it I had to ask them to do that and I wasn’t even hungry anymore secondly they have rats and mold I don’t know how that place is still operating
Literally tried calling for 45 mins then proceeded to walk in because the phone was just a constant busy signal well I walked in no customers so I decided to call an boom busy tone. Come to find out they had the phone off the hook the whole time!!!!!! Awesome this whole restaurant needs to be restaffed BUT FIGHT FOR $15 THOUGH AM I RIGHT?!?!?!?
I love Wingstop but I don't know which one this is that they're asking me to to post about it I have two of my daughters that work at Wingstop or have work there actually and they're very unsanitary but they do have really good food that sounds gross but they do have good food but one of the managers at at one of them makes mistakes and doesn't do safe handling procedures but at the other ones they do do safe handling procedures that's why I only go to a select few the one that is really good is that the one the new one by Safeway on Hillcrest and Deer Valley
I waited 18mins for my order no problem, I get home which is about 5mins away and I have cold fries. I see why they have one star
All my fries were hard and burnt. Lemon pepper wings had very little lemon taste. First and last time at this location. Terrible service.
order online and we get there and you're still waiting 45 minutes 2 an hour for your order
Best wing stop I've visited yet. Fries - perfect, new thigh bites - hella good, Cajun corn good not great. Ordered 6 rolls got 1.
Great food, but no matter the location they are under staffed. I feel Hella bad for their employees. Like, don't the walmart of Wings
Price is fair but the need to work on the sauces
