Not quite sure what the point of 'order ahead' is if it's not going to be ready on time. Even worse they made me sit and wait while they helped customers walking in
I order my food 15 minutes ahead of time for a reason when I get there to pick up my food they told me it was not ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I had to leave because my lunch was almost over. I tried to ask for a refund but they told me they needed to ask the Owner for some reason, I went back after work to ask for my refund receipt but they couldn’t provide me with one and said it will be emailed, which I never did receive.. Now I have to wait for my bank to see if they actually did a refund because I never got a refund confirmation..
Cashier just tried to overcharge me. I ordered a regular sandwich and a drink and he tried to charge me $18.25 thinking I would just pay it and leave. I made him ring it up again. And it came to $11.51. Pay attention at check out and ask questions.

I like togos sandwiches. But they need to do something about their staff's motivation. The workers always look tired and I just saw some flies hanging around on the vegetable but no one doing anything to keep them away or cover up the food...

I ask for lettuce and tomatoes 2 ends never gets my order right or they are to lazy to cut tomatoes.
The kind of bald guy seems to be the owner and he had a couple of guys working there the day the I visit and 1 of the guys had long hair and wasn't wearing a hat or hair net plus they mess up mi wife's sandwich twice
Called in an order , a #24 , and as far back as I can remember its been a turkey and avocado but today as I picked up my order on my way to work I was given a something that's lettuce and some sort of dressing with croutons... now I did not order a salad wrapped up in a cold flour tortilla.. yes I will be stopping to get my money back tomorrow on my way to work but tonight I am left without a lunch ...
The service was awesome and the pastrami sandwich on the pretzel bun was FIRE ?!!!
