The man serving my food was not wearing gloves. He was touching his headset and the cash register. I saw him touch my food with both hands and flipping my Crunchwrap back and forth with this hands before putting it on the grill. I am very disgusted and mad with what happened. I saw the sink next to him, but he never used it. He is an older man with gray shoulder-length hair. He has clear bluish green eyes. He was tall. He was wearing a baseball cap. Also, the food was cold and extra greasy. They just lost a customer.

Three strikes and your out Taco Bell in Pittsburg.Ordered from kiosk and watched two people order from counter and get their food first.Three crispy tacos that were so greasy the shells were soggy and falling apart.And where’s the cheese?You’d think it was the same price as gold.Tried again with Chicken Chalupa.No grease this time, just dried up,tasteless cold chicken bits.Yuck!!!! This place sucks the big one.
This is a very fast service place no longer waiting them more than 3 minutes when you in the long line it's not that you're getting your food within the next 2 minutes so don't worry Taco Bell Never takes different always super fresh
This was my second visit this week. Both times my orders were made incorrectly. I wonder if the employees are high.
Terrible. Super rude staff! We came to get some food and they refused to let me 3 year old son use the restroom so he had an accident. Hate that this is becoming the new norm. I understand managing who has access to the restrooms but refusing a child is just selfish and inhumane.
Terrible. Makes me mad when a place that makes same things day in n out, still screws up the basics. Refund!
Loved it but all I got was 2 12 piece cinnamon donut things!
Seriously.. I can't believe I'm rating fast food so high but let me tell you... my husband and I went at 1 am and the food was hot AND fresh! So much so that I had write a review.
I went there. They tried to steal money. The amount isn't significant but the actions. First 1 person charge my card and second person comes to said my card was declined. I check my statement and the amount was already taken from my bank account . Pay for nothing I didn't get the food.
