I went to Starbucks and ordered a caramel frap but instead I got milk with sugar the worker does not know how to make a simple caramel frap im very upset with the worker because before they start working they should have learned how to make every single drink in the menu

The worst Starbucks i have ever been. I Don't think Starbucks run this branch. I have waited for 30m to just get my tea. 1 employee handles everything. The line goes all the way the door :( . No one cares. I hope Starbucks will consider this. I have been using Starbucks for 10 years i used to love them and still i do, but this branch.
