Just ordered a Grande White Hot Chocolate and they gave me a regular Hot chocolate. Went back inside to get it re-made and they remade it without the white chocolate syrup ?. It’s literally just steamed milk. Then my breakfast sandwich tasted nasty like it had a weird taste to it. Disappointed in the service.

On this visit we did the drive through window. The barista was particularly pleasant and helpful. Recommended.
This is the closest place to me, the workers are very nice, they messed up my drink multiple times, but only once the worker apologized and let me have both the drinks. The other time, i had my order specific, and the guy messed up on both the drinks then he threw my drinks into the trash even though they were still good, didn't apologize and gave me the new ones, and when i said thank you, he didn't even respond back. I felt like i was unwanted to be a customer their, but that the only things bad that had happen between me and them.
