The female working the drive thru was very helpful and exceptionally nice. Made our stop for coffee very pleasant.
Zero actually. I do not recommend ordering Uber Eats through this Starbucks. Almost two hours after placing my order I received a melted venti Frappuccino and a cold bacon & Gouda breakfast sandwich. I tried to use Uber Chat but the message line was so low on the phone I wasn’t able to type anything to cancel this order.
Fast and Friendly service. They have an amazing staff and get you through the Drive thru as quickly as possible
The manager and crew here this morning on 2/2/22 go above and beyond! True example of leadership and teamwork! I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oat milk latte while waiting for a call while working on the ambulance. Service was fantastic with a busy crowd! Keep it up y’all!
This location is good. I would say the line is normally longer and it does take a while but the staff are friendly..
Inside closed but allowed phone orders?? Had to wait in a long drive thru for something I paid in advance where I usually walk in and hop back on freeway. Held me up 12 min. I already left last time and was out $15+. This is poor business practice. I'll stop coming to this one.
The customer service is HORRIBLE!! It's a bunch of kids so I guess no one told them to greet customers. The sandwiches are good thou
Starbucks was great. My wife and I happen to go to the same 12 days in a row and we were helped by a young lady named pia Both days and her attitude was pleasant and wonderful each time The 2nd day she Inadvertently helped us and ended up introducing my wife to a seasonal latte that my wife really liked. And she don't like coffie.Lol
I’ve stopped into this shop on occasion and although the exterior appears very run down and the parking lot is a mess, the people working here are great and the service is impeccable. I appreciate the effort they put into their store and I’d give it five stars if the landlord would clean up the rest of the building.
