Went in Saturday night at 6:45 p.m., the place is an absolute dump, garbage on the floor garbage on the tables sunlight coming through onto a couple tables near the side door you can tell they were wiped with a dirty rag, restrooms with closed signs on them, no napkins in the dispensers the girl with the drive-thru window has time to text on her phone but not sweep the floors, I will never come back to the store.
I ordered in the lobby. The drink order was filled in a timely method even though the drive-through had a line into the street.The staff were friendly and called out the drink.Lobby was clean and mostly empty. Both tables and window seats were available, both very welcoming. The music wasn't too loud; I didn't have to raise my voice to have a conversation.
I mean, it's Starbucks. What is there to say?I've been here many, many times and I've never had a single complaint. Always get my order right, always lovely staff.
Kinda busy at this spot. Always a line. The drive thru line is short space wise, so at times, turning into the parking lot doesn't look fun. I park next to that (huge lot) and go inside.- staff are always friendly- work to get stuff done, great service.- Absolutely making this particular starbucks really cool to go to.
Very helpful and quick drive thru; double smoked bacon sandwich is a must try. Its off the hook for a morning bite.
The Staff is WONDERFUL and friendly! The 3 stars should actually be 1 to the management for closing all the outlets at this location! So I split the difference and did 3 stars, wink. Starbucks was built not only on coffee, but the wonderful ability to hold quick business meeting here and there, no matter what the city. The flexibility of charging a laptop to get you through the day is priceless! Charge an extra $2-$5 for the electricity, professionals will not care, it is the convenience! I am not a coffee drinker, but I gladly come purchase my $5 coffee, to be able to meet someone that I did not know, here in public. I will not come back unless this changes back to offer the outlets to charge devices. I can stay in my car to charge my device.....no problem, but you have changed the reason to meet here versus somewhere else.
I did a Notary Public Signing there and I'm doing another one today in Vacaville CA. The prices are way to high but the food is good. So is the coffee ☕ ?
Ehhh Haven't been to starbucks in awhile but I will say their customer service usually puts a smile on my face. Today tho not so much. From the monotone order being taken to just not the best communication.. as I was simply waiting for my total and got a “ anything else?”. When I said no it was silent for noticeable time.. then a okay pull to the window… Also had to repeat how much I wanted my gift card for. Not the worst service but def not the service I’m used to. Even at the window my barista Ash was just not very welcoming .. I feel like if she wasn’t wearing a mask she may have actually had a frown. But I Digress.
It's 745am. Why does the bathroom look like this? No toilet paper? Should I just use the leftovers on the floor. How much money do we throw at you every single day just so we can use your bathroom that one time and I walk in on this.... Billion dollar $$$$$$ franchise and you can't afford a steady and regular housekeeper at your locations yet? Don't come back and say oh this was a one time thing because we all know it's not. It's time to be Accountable! This is Covid Era.... we should not be dropping the ball like this. I'm appalled. Maybe it's time I go wait in Dunkin's line, they bend over backwards to make me happy.
Starbucks does a fantastic job of maintaining consistent quality across their stores. Whatever you order at Starbucks is almost always going to be exactly what you got before which can be good because sometimes that's just what we want.
