I was a passenger this time. I ordered a Strawberry slushy. It was great. It was hot & the slushy tasted so refreshing. At the end of the drink every time I tried to get the ice I would get a mouth of strawberries. They were cut smaller & added to my experience. So I would recommend them for drinks. I was told this Sonic is slow at times. I don't know. We had no problems getting drinks!Enjoy, laugh & have a great summer.
I got tots and a RT44 cherry limeade. It wasn't terribly busy and my tots were kind of stale. I just wasn't impressed with my visit. The parking lot was clean and the girls were friendly and had great service.
I decided to stop by the other night and order some food/drinks for my visiting family.- Easy ordering (park, hit the order button, pay with card reader).- Service was pretty good. Fast and friendly.- Prices were pretty good too.
The service today wasn't what it was. You couldn't hear anything in the drive-thru, the associate on the mic has to ask me to repeat myself several times. Sonic I think you may need an update with the systems to help the employees and guest have a better experience. Good people and my daughter loves the blue raspberry nerds drink, but the electronics need help

So during a recent drive-through experience at this location, we were given partially an order of someone else at least we are assuming so. And, I was treated with a mosquito in my drink! Yuck! I had called in and told them about it and was told to come back but I don't live near the location and hadn't been able to go back immediately. All I'm going to say is when I went to the other night and pulled into the car hop space, I explained my experience and ask them if they had the documentation on file so I could get a replacement meal. After holding for just a minute they came back and said they could not find it but that it was not a problem and my experience as a whole over what was a not so great one turned out to be fantastic. Not only did they replace both of our meals and treated us to the entire order, they were non-discretionary in doing so and extremely apologetic so I just wanted to give a thumbs up and 10 stars to the gentleman on duty that evening which was the manager and I do not recall his name I apologize, but it's people like him who do what is the minimum on such an experience that will bring people like me back. Bravo to making a wrong right, it seems such a chore these days in most instances but you guys definitely stood up to the task at hand and exceeded my expectations. The food was fantastic and we left happy and pleasantly surprised!
My husband and I only come here for the strawberry lemonade slush. Drive thru is always quick and customer service is great. The strawberry slush has the perfect amount of sweet and tart and it has strawberry bits in it
Went through drive thru they messed up our order so my husband walked in to let them know. It was empty inside but instead of asking him what he needed help with they asked for his vaccination card which he is vaccinated. He told the lady if you guys didn't mess up my order I wouldn't need to walk in.
