Went here last night and it was two female employees, & 8 customers in the lobby waiting. One customer had been waiting since 7:45 and still had not got their pizza. I placed an order online and was promised a 8:28 pick up time, i stood in the line until 9:28pm and i was not helped at all. I ended up going to mountain mikes and satisfied my pizza craving.
I ordered All meat marvel in a pan crust scheduled for pick up at 4:45pm. My husband got there and texted me it wasn’t ready we let it slide because the Warriors were playing so they were busy, he waited for another 20 minutes when the guy checked our order it was accidentally given to another customer. So my husband waited for another 20 minutes they made it extra large pizza for inconvenience but thin crust which I am not a fan of. All and all my husband got home with extra large pizza all meat marvel in a thin crust after 1 hour since he left home which is only 5 mins drive from my house. We enjoyed our pizza a little late wishing it was pan crust, the taste was very good.
Went here recently after placing an order online. I picked up my pizza, but decided to look at it before I left the parking lot. And thank God I did, because it was wrong. Pizza was supposed to be a double play, but I added veggies to half and paid alot for it.So I took the pizza back, had to wait for them to remake it. First of all they should of offered something for the inconvenience of me having to wait, 2nd the pizza came out and was still wrong they didn't add all the veggies I paid for, again at this point my pizza should of been free or really disconnected. 3rd I got home served it up and it was way under cooked. I ended up putting it piece by piece in my air fryer.The staff was nice but again should of offered something, side of wings, some garlic bread a free personal pizza on a later visit. But all they said is we are really sorry. And being I wanted my pizza without it being messed with, I didn't demand anything but I should have once it was wrong the 2nd time. Bad customer service and being I live in the area and won't order again should be sign that they should reevaluate what they do when an order is wrong.
Everytime I order from this location it's always something. This last order took 2 hours to get to us and when it came you can tell it was made a while ago and just sitting in the warmer for a while so it was somewhat stale and chewy. Other times, they either get the order wrong, take forever to arrive, and are just horrible at answering their phones.
We ordered a large meat marvel, small cheese and 12 wings. Went to pick up our order after about 30 minutes. They forgot our wings so the guy working the register (I didn’t get his name) offered to quickly cook them and threw in an extra 6 for the inconvenience. Which was very nice. Great service. However when we got home and opened the pizzas. The small cheese was perfect but our large all meat marvel crust was so thin. Like paper thin. It seemed as though a medium crust was stretched out to make this large. The crust was so thin there was just hardly any consistency to the crust. And all the meat with that extremely thin crust just greased right through. Compared to how the crust on the small pizza was, something was definitely off.
This place has definitely earned it's ~3 star rating, do yourself a favor and order from another location. Everything we've ordered from this location has had some sort of issue. Either not all toppings requested were on the pizza(s) or very little toppings were on the pizza or order took 20-30 minutes longer than what was stated on the website. I was really excited to see this location move into the shopping center but it's been a disappointment since Day 1.
The gluten free crust on this pizza was dry - very surprising given that it was an extra cheese pizza. All in all, it was tasty and really didn't feel like I was missing anything by ordering gluten free - hard to do with GF pizza. I do wish they had added more seasonings of some kind to it to make it less bland but that is just a preference. Now I know to request that next time.
Every time I ever give this place a chance it messed up. I have given it multiple opportunities over the years was about to order from here tonight and realized they are still doing the same thing. I remember months back when I showed up because they weren't picking up and my pizza wasn't Even starting to be cooked for delivery One person wasn't back. One person was hiding behind the counter and went on the other side of the door and the other person was trying his best. Overall two people were trying but dealing with way too much. One person was just doing s***..
Love going here as the environment is nice and the people are sweet. I just ordered today and someone picked up my order by accident but they were nice enough to remake it for me on the spot. I truly appreciated it. Would come back again!
I really enjoy Round Table Pizza...prefer it over Domino's. The service I received today was unsatisfactory. I placed an order for a personal size pizza and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I got to the restaurant my pizza wasn't ready. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I was told that my pizza was going into the oven and would be done in 10 minutes. 15 minutes passed and still no pizza. I watched someone walk in and ordered a pizza and received it before all the other people waiting on their orders. 10 minutes later they brought me my pizza. Come to find out that it was just sitting on the counter in the kitchen. When I checked the pizza it wasn't hot or even warm at all. It was never put in the warmer. It might be awhile before I order again from there. I might just go to another Round Table Pizza.
