? in my salad. Management didn’t seem to care. Asked if I wanted them to bring me another salad…. like I really want TWO flies instead of one. Anyway, decided to leave. Didn’t want to take my chances with any other insects.
On a Saturday evening my family and I experienced our last time at a Red Lobster, and the one in Pittsburg CA has got to be the worst. Although our waitress was so sweet and kind, the food was terrible. All of our dishes were bland and tasteless. To make matters worse, there was a problem with one of the dishes, and the manager, the most unprofessional and petty individual I have ever encountered holding such a position, regarded the matter with suspicion, instead of genuine concern. Not sure how he ever gained this employment, but I am sure that actual experience in restaurant management was not the reason. It’s too bad, because there are plenty of good, experienced employees out there, with exceptional customer service skills, seeking this type of employment.
I wanted to give a 5 star to review for a amazing service I received on May16, 2022, for me a belated Mother's Day meal. Our server Hunter ( I think he introduced himself as Hunt?), he was their less than 3 mins after we sat down. We already knew what we wanted, so that we good for us! Throughout the wait for our food, he kept us up to date on when our order would be coming, making sure we were okay. I'm in customer service and his service was impeccable from start to finish. Thank you from my son and I for your great customer service!

Waitress was awesome. Portions large and pricey (what isn't in the age of Covid). Lobster was good. Salmon was mediocre. Biscuits before we're fantastic. Chips and shrimp dip also killer. Nice vibe and then someone blasted the stereo out of the blue which was funny. We will be back. Mostly cuz the waitress was nice and worked her tail off.
My mom ordered food to-go and everything was good until we noticed that we had been sitting there for some time. So I asked one of the host ", Can you check on the order and gave the name" She said sure one moment. 5 mins go by and get up and see both host and I believe that one of manager's having a conversation and laughing not even checking on the order. The person that took the order comes out and says "Can I get you something?" My mom says " Yeah my food. I been waiting here while y'all back there laughing and talking, having people out here waiting"I understand that we need to have fun but not when you have people waiting to be served, checked in or picking up food. GET IT TOGETHER

Food is ok, not quite as good or tasty. Plus the was a little cold. Waitress was awesome. Front host was ok. You must've have proof of covid vaccine with a valid ID. For everyone over 12 years old.
