It does get packed at times but always fast & fresh food. Good service always kind even dealing with difficult tacky customers. Food is good here as always. Parking is free & scarce in front of restaurant but you can find parking in the connecting parking lot.Update: The honey sesame chicken ? was surprisingly tender and really, really delicious ? ? ? ??! I recommend trying it at least once.
If you try to order panda express here from Door Dash, DONT!! THEY TURN OFF THEIR DOOR DASH TABLET. AND IF THEY DON'T, THEY TAKE OFF ITEMS FROM THEIR TABLET TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM ORDERING. I KNOW BECAUSE ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A WEEK. WENT INSIDE AND TRIED TO USE THE APP AT THEIR LOCATION ONLY TO SEE YOU CAN'T ADD ANYTHING TO A PLATE OR BOWL. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Got excited because I thought I found the only location to serve Sweetfire Chicken as per their app they ask if you are looking for a specific item to find their location in Pittsburg on Railroad claims that have it online but called to confirm they do before I drove to be only DISAPPOINTED....false advertisement and a complete desappointment in the discontinueing what seemed to be a popular item on their menu....chicken, bell peppers, onions and pineapple in their glaze and you can't serve it. Not a Happy camper, won't be eating at Panda Express. I even hate having to rate them a single star but it was the only way to post a review

Me and my family ate at this place and the food was salty and sour and not cooked properly so right now we are very disappointed at this point and never going back there again and my family put the food in the garbage and we will never eat there again and the food has no flavor this is supposed to be Chinese food not plain nasty food terrible straight terrible
Sign says brown rice available. I asked for brown rice and boom no brown rice. I ask for teriyaki chicken and boom. No teriyaki chicken. HORRIBLE
I usually love panda but eating from this location always makes me sick. Last time, my orange chicken had mold on it.
Disgusting. I rather eat the plant on the side walk next to the place, like right in front of the entrance. Yeah those plants. Employees don't speak a lick of english, good luck.
Slow and kind of rude. I went there today to do a doordash and I got ahold of somebody right away they said that the order was waiting for chow mein as they waited for about seven more minutes I had to get her again and ask what happened. She informed me that they also need rice which would have been really nice to know about 10 minutes ago I could have cancel the order and delivered the one I already had in my car. They should be more responsible about letting doordashers and other delivery people know what is going on with the order instead of ignoring them. When I finally got the order I was very friendly and said thank you very much and the lady said absolutely nothing she just looked at me rude. I really cannot stand bad customer service it really upsets me! Not only that it seems like they're very unorganized inside the kitchen they were doing orders all over the place in the wrong order which I absolutely can't stand.
