This store is always clean and friendly. Great service
Since the renovation I have seen a great improvement in service and wait times. They now have self checkout kiosks inside as well which make ordering fun and easy for those who don't like to interact but of course the counter is still open if you don't. The 2 lane drive through they added a few years ago is alright but could use a change in the way its set up because during busy times you may still find yourself hanging into the main driveway of the shopping center parking lot where people seen to love speeding through. Besides that, the food is 99% hot and ready for you, the drinks are rarely flat and the new play place inside is cute and my kids loved it even thought it seems made for babies.
The employees seem like they hate their jobs, & it shows. Had to ask 3 different people for fresh fries & finally gave up & got a refund.
this food chain store is a rip off a simple robbery just like what happened to me last night i went to the drive thru and ordered a 20 pcs chicken mac nuggets and the casher said ok its 6.56 dollars when i went to the casher i give her 20.60 dollars so the changes should be 14.04 you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out but i notice the changes i recieved is wrong so i complaint to the next window but the lady was asking for the receipt so i give it to her yes the receipt says its 13.44 dollars and it is right if i only give them 20 dollars but i give her 20.60 dollars hahaha i almost throw the nuggets lol anyway your employee need some training in math you are robbing people of money in a simple way and goodluck with that i know its a difficult times now a days but the money i paid is hard earned i worked for it well dollar per customer is not a bad earning for one night hope they made it to the top(rolling over while laughing)hahaha!
How do the cashiers not know what items are on the menu?The cashier that took my order seemed like she didn't belong there at all. She wasn't wear a uniform, she didn't know what menu items were available, and she would not speak up after repeatedly being told I couldn't hear her.
I ordered a large Mocha Frappe with No whip. When we arrived at the window of course it had whipped cream on it! They immediately exchanged it and made a fresh Mocha Frappe without whipped cream.
They always get my order right, and the line goes pretty fast in the Drive-Thru.
If you want to stay in a super small room for over $120 go ahead. My room wasn't even cleaned. Cigarette butts all over and dust . I checked out after a nap. . seriously stay away. I would only consider this place in an emergency
mostly friendly staff, best on weekdays, drive thru is reasonable fast, ask if you want condiments.
So went through the double drive thru, someone pulled up on the otherside well after me, yet they took their order first. Put in an order worth more than $50 but with the app we were able to get it down to $48.Here’s my problem: I ordered 4 large drinks light ice. As we get to the window to get the drinks, I double check are these light ice.. he looks at the order tv and says they are regular.. I said I asked for light ice please… the man proceeded to look at the soda machine and say “we don’t have light ice.. the machine only comes with no ice regular ice or extra ice” ?????? Excuse me ? How does a fast food restaurant not have the ability to accommodate something as simple as light ice?? & I guess you couldn’t do it by hand either ? Sad ? should’ve never remodeled if that means no light ice sorry ??♀️
