Love The Tiny Tacos Especially When Piping Hot, Burn Ya Taste buds . Nuggets Are Gross Though . I Ate One Of My Sons.
So i ordered a breakfast sandwich and saw they had New Mini Nacho Tacos, so i thought i'd try it, and there was a fried roach stuck to the mini taco! NEVER going here again! That's disgusting!
Drive-thru mostly a long line of cars but my food is always good and hot and drink's are cold love it...
David the manager drinks alcohol on the job.and the workers don’t wash their hands.not only are they rude to customers but they harassed me to the point where I had to leave from constant unprofessional disrespectful comments .the manager David would also harass me too.the store owner refused to pay me my last check after I left from harassment and bullying.do not eat here they are not clean with the food .they didn’t even train me at all if ever
Fast and easy drive thru... I must say, I like this one better than the other one in Railroad. They definitely get their orders fast and perfect... I had big order before and they never fail to get all in without missing one.
I went through this Jack in the Box drive thru tonight and when I got home I realized they didn’t give me the right order. I payed for a combo and instead I got three egg rolls and fries. The annoying part was that I tried calling the restaurant to explain and get a refund but there was no response. When someone finally responded they just hung up the phone. This is frustrating as I payed for a full meal and ended up with three egg rolls that I ended up tossing away.

I tried to go in the dining room to order, the doors were locked. The sign said the dining room was open for take out orders, that's what I was trying to do, get something and take it out. I knocked and no one came to the door. So sad, really wanted some tiny tacos and my work truck is too big for the drive-thru.
I did a mobile order and when I went to pick my food up they said they don’t have my order in the system however they took my money. And what was more frustrating was no one was answering the phone when I called the location.
