I don't like posting negative reviews but it's possible this restaurant was short staffed. We waited 50min for our food but after that time, we asked when our food would be ready and the waiter said 10min since he just put the order in. We decided to pay for the drinks and find another place.Again, they probably were shortstaffed but perhaps the restaurant should consider letting customers know that there may be a delay in receiving food.We have enjoyed this place in the past and we hope things get better when we try it again.
I had a very poor service. In Pittsburg California. Me and my wife came in and people that came in after us received better and or water and juice before we did we asked him what was going on and gave his attitude. I walked out went to Denny's and had a great breakfast IHOP, fast food no good. Cook eat at home more healthy
Food & service was fine. Main gripe was that I didn't receive a veterans discount like always do @every other IHOP I've been to before. One of the reasons I patronize the restaurant. Guess I have to see if it's the same with Danny's. Won't patronize this one again because they don't honor the service of our vets.
Food was good, hot and tasty! Waiter was kind, friendly and helpful! We recommend this IHOP. Definitely Coming Back!
Location doesn't offer IHOPPY Hour which has a bunch of different meals for only $6, from 2pm to 10pm. Do yourself a favor and go-to/order from the Concord location at 4619 Clayton Rd as they offer it.
Fewer patrons, slower service, and noticeably higher prices. Pancakes are better than I remembered. Cost was still significantly lower than a delivery. Be prepared to show proof of vaccine.
Food and service was very goo, friendly staff. I had sirloin tip dinner, hot and excellent flavor.
Every time I order online the order is never ready when it's said it's supposed to be end up waiting 20-30 minutes longer than then the order actually says this has happened every time. I don't know why I continue even coming here no point in complaining not like anyone would ever do anything to fix the constant problem it's just sad. Have a great day! Smh
