Out of all the El Pollo Loco's in the are it's better then rest, seating inside and outside. Big parking lot and even a drive thru which is what makes it even better. The only downside is there will only be 1 person on the register, the employee who helped me asked for help but no one wanted to help her with a big line of customers. It would be great if management did more and tried to get atleast a backup cashier who will come and help when help is needed. Apart from that the food is great.

Ripping people off, with the coupons. How u going to have one price for an 8 pics dinner for 24.00 and then16 pics for 25.00.???

Very impressed with the Birria burrito.I've had the various chicken dinners throughout time, but I was very impressed with the new Birria shredded beef burrito.I highly recommend it.....

Had the double chicken bowl.. chicken Spanish rice, pinto beans, avacado, sour cream and tortillas... good amount of food..the restaurant was fairly clean..fast service..

It's good food. Better to go to store and order thru drive thru than delivery cause then u dont have to pick the missing order....

Fresh. Delicious. That absolutely sums it up! I had the double chicken avocado salad and my taste buds jumped for joy. The restaurant was clean.

My only prior experience with Pollo Loco was in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, and I was afraid that the only thing Pollo Loco here would have in common would be the name. I was happy to see that there are a number of similarities, chief among them that the chicken is marinated and grilled on a large grate over an open flame. I do not know for certain if the flame at the US locations is wood fired as it is in Mexico. The sides are different of course. In Zihuatanejo my favorite sides were Charro beans and a grilled half onion; they are not on the menu here but macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy are. The food is delicious. It was lunch time, so my wife and I ordered burritos, not a chicken dinner. I had a chicken Tinga burrito, which was wonderfully flavorful, and my wife had a chicken and avocado burrito (we were not yet playing politics with avocados) which she could not stop singing the praises of. I would add that the burritos are a perfect size- quite large enough to be a satisfying meal even for a hungry person, and filled primarily with the namesake ingredient, unlike California burritos which tend to be enormous and overly stuffed with rice and beans. Prices are reasonable at about $7 for a burrito as described above. Service was efficient and friendly. I would definitely return for another burrito, and at this point I'd also like to come back and try a full chicken dinner.

Went to try for the first time today. Never going back. Ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado burrito with no Pico and no avocado, chicken avocado burrito, 2 piece combo and 6 chicken al carbon tacos. We get home and the order was wrong. The tacos we received had avocado, Pico and lettuce on it. The Chipotle burrito had Pico on it. The 2 piece combo is a joke. The leg was the size of a party wing. $60 just wasted.

Taquito organic salad is not made in a way that it takes. Chicken portion in the salad is very scarce. Salsa is not fresh.

We will definitely be putting El Pollo Loco on our list of places to eat from now on! Last night In/Out was too crowded so we went to Carl's Jr. They wanted over 40.00 fr our order! Made a fuss got our $$ back and got EPL instead. For HALF the price of Carl's! Thank you.*********Jan. 9, 2022. Sorry but I will have to reneg on the glowing review. My husband went in tonight to get 2 of your dinners for 8.99 each. First he was ignored. Second the girl couldn't speak English if it meant her life and 3rd . . She tried to charge him 32.00 for them. Since when did 9+9 =32?? He was VERY CLOSE to walking out! 0 stars.
