Service was real slow on a Sun despite there being 7 people behind the counter with only 12 customers in the store. It looked like the drinks took up a lot of the time to put together and the menu had a long list of them which I didnt expect. Seemed very disorganized in serving customers. Need to fix. Wont come back until they fix. After all its just donuts!
Coming from a former employee, the managers never wear their masks correctly and continuously leave the store dirty at night. They have no work ethic whatsoever and don’t wash dishes correctly.
Coffee tasted like water donuts were nothing but flowery dough taste.
They were absolutely wonderful in helping me when ußer eäts screwed me over. The employees are delightful and the donuts are delicious! We will definitely be returning, in person.
Today I went in and boy was it busy, I love how hard they work everyone is amazing but especially the short girl with curly hair and glasses she was AMAZING 10/10 I love thank you. PS BE NICE AND PATIENT WITH OUR WORKERS EVERYWHERE IS SHORT STAFFED!!!!!!!!!!!
the SERVICE HERE STINKS. The rude kid with the long brown hair at the cash register is the most smug person I've ever encountered in a retail setting. I love the product but step your service game up. cause at the moment, you guys stink!
Did curbside pickup. Received Mancha drink instead of white mocha hot chocolate that was ordered. Correct label was on the cup but green drink inside.
When I walked into Dunkin’ I was not greeted. But the building on the outside was good when I tried the chocolate donut It could’ve been cooked longerOld fashion donut tasted like the ones from WincoNothing good about the glazed doughnut overall I give it 2 stars
