placed mobile order and entire experience was terrible. I ordered two bowls with chips and questions. Both bowls were completely cold like it came out of the refrigerator and one was missing the meat. They also didn't even give the side of queso. Went back and they remade the bowls only to give two pieces of meet and missing 2 other ingredients. To top it all off the order was supposed to be ready at 11:50am but was ready until 12:10pm and they weren't even busy.This location is terrible and needs new management and employees. I would give negative stars if possible
SOMERSVILLE IN ANTIOCH!!! Horrible freakin service. Customer service was out the window!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL management and TEAM!! LIKE WHERE DO THEY GET THESE PEOPLE FROM!! NO INTEGRITY OR PROFESSIONALISM!!! NO WONDER OUR COUNTRY IS GOIN UNDER. U HAVE THESE KIDS NOWADAYS WHO DON'T TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK !!! AND WANT TO GET PAID FOR DOIN NUTHIN!! NEVER EVER WILL I PATRONIZE OR SPEND MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
Worst location ive ever been to. They purposefully make your burrito/bowl small so you won’t come back. I’ve never had this problem at any other Chipotle.
Unless you enjoy having your order rushed on a slow night go elsewhere. The crew seemed more interested in chatting then working, and the cashier totaled me out before getting my entire order.
Ordered on line. They ask if you want to put a name to each item. When they numbered each burrito they put the numbers wrong. So everybody got the wrong burrito. I guess were at a time where good help is hard to find. I should have known better, many times the food has been Luke warm to cold from there. Its hit or mis at best. Just frustrated me that someone else got the burrito I desired and vise versa.
Employees were Kind and Well Mannered. Food was fresh. Bland, but decent portion size and fresh.
Avoid this Chipotle. We eat at various Chipotle restaurants and they're typically great. This was my first time at this location. The man at the counter didn't even want to help us. This was the first questionable factor. When we arrived home and looked at the food, the burrito was TINY. I've ordered the same exact burrito at dozens of other Chipotle stores for years and they're at least 3 times as big. It was hilarious how small it was, but also such a waste of money. It was reminiscent of soft taco at Del Taco, lol. Just do yourself a favor and go to another location or restaurant in general.
EXTREMELY busy store, at lunch time!! Food was tasty as always - but the Limited Time special meat: Brisket, kept selling out... (They cook it in small batches) but what we did eat - was, as usual, delish!!
They got my order correct but, the rude was under cook. The beans were hard- and they put a bit of steak witch I did not order and the chicken was barely cooked to me. But the top of the bowl was ok
The rice was crunchy this time for sum reason normally its soft an tasty maybe they pulled it out sooner than it was done this time im not sure but they are usually great at their jobs here an the food is normally tasty
