Terrible experience! Ordered online & went to pick it up at their curbside area. We checked in on the link they sent us, & asked to have it brought to the car. Waited nearly a half hour, & they didn't bring it out. Had to go INSIDE restaurant to get it! Why do they advertise curbside delivery to your car, if they don't want to bring it to you? Food could've been hotter; but of course, it SAT there for so long it had started to get cold. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1, is that the food was good, even at lukewarm temperatures. We probably won't go there again.

Ordered curbside. Checked in. Received reply saying our food would be BROUGHT OUT to us "shortly." Waited over 45 minutes; nobody came out with food. Phoned restaurant 7 times. They did not answer their phone!! I finally had to go *inside* to get our order. Asked why they don't answer the phone, a rude staff member said: "sometimes it's busy." (Note: WE were one of only TWO customers in the entire parking lot!) Our food was bagged & just sitting there -- for who knows HOW long! I complained that it might be cold now. She handed me the bag, & said "Have a nice day." This is unacceptable! ALSO: This is the 2nd time we've had this exact same experience. The same thing happened at a different Chili's location last year! Apparently, you train ALL your staff to ignore curbside orders in *every* store?? We will be telling friends & family to avoid Chili's. Too bad, because the food is good. By the way, we also asked for utensils with our order. Did not receive them. Lucky for us, we had some in the car from another restaurant order. All in all, your store was a very disappointing experience. We won't be back.

I really like the food at Chili's but this one always seems to have very slow service. We did have a very large party but it seems like they forgot about us because that was easier to deal with. Food was coming out or being forgotten throughout the entire meal. The only good thing was that they accommodated our large party and did not kick us out even when we were all done eating and drinking.

On a delivery order we had two lemonades and they sent it in the short water cups and they were literally just water ? and the Texas cheese fries didn’t have jalapeños

On a busy Valentine's night, we had an excellent waitress! She was polite, courteous, attentive, and overall one of the best servers we've had dining out. The food was delicious for both my husband (Cajun pasta) and I (Mango Chili Chicken). They had menus available but you can also scan a qr and look on your phone. For those with vision issues that's advantageous. We will be back! ?

Terrible customer service! Ordered online for curbside pickup. Ended up having to go inside for my order, in which I had to wait over 20 mins past my scheduled pick up time. Employees barely acknowledged customers waiting for togo orders. I asked two different employees about the status of my order. None of which had a reply just walked to back and left me standing there. Whole time my order is sitting on the bread rack. Once I got home I noticed there were missing items. There were very few fries for all my orders and all the food was extremely cold. NEVER AGAIN will I order or spend money at this location. Just awful!

I used to enjoy this Chili's, they had great service and the food was good. The decline has been slow, but at this point it seems clear there is something very wrong at this restaurant. The food quality has become disgusting, specifically for take out. Most importantly, the chicken (with my salad or pasta) is usually undercooked.If the food's not bad enough, the real reason I won't go back here is the pick up counter is usually unmanned, with completed orders sitting out unattended. My order has been stolen THREE times, and because the pick ups are ignored my husband had to wait over an hour the last time for our order to be remade.

Incorrect order twice, instead of advise me that they are out if the item, they put something else in the bag that I'm allergic 2. My second trip to the store, I requested payment back and they gave me a piece of paper and adv "they will call later". A refund is not hard. Just give me the money back out of pure error and inconvenience on your part. It's very easy actually .

I went in there last night at 710pm on Tuesday and they were a little busy. Sat down next to the bar lower table. Ordered food and drinks . They were out of draft beer that was not the problem. I had worked long hard work day with my co mgr. Order 3 trio the boneless buffalo withings were frozen inside. Then the chicken quesadilla the chicken was under cooked . At this point my co mgr was upset didn't trust any other food . He remove one item left rest. Left the food that was bad. The service sucked at this location . I paid and left

Horrible, absolutely awful, made a curbside order online and went to pick it up and waited over half an hour with a ton of other people, tried to call multiple times and no one answered went inside and seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Finally got the food and came home, found out most of the food was either wrong or missing. So definitely not ordering from them again!!!!
