Drove a total of 45 minutes to get lunch on my break and I received the smallest chicken patty I’ve eaten in my life, it was also overcooked as well as they only put one piece of soggy lettuce on my sandwich. I was heart broken when i got back to work to eat
Let me start by saying I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I was super excited when this location opened up. Unfortunately, after repeated visits, it just doesn’t meet the level of excellence and service that others within the franchise offer. The employees do not offer the kind, friendly customer service that the brand stands for.My order is almost always wrong, missing fruit cup in a kids meal or this vanilla shake without whipped cream that I attached in the photo. That drink had to pass multiple hands as it was given to me. Multiple employees looked at that shake and were like, “Yep. That’s the one.” I received it and said “Thank you” because I have just come to expect it from this location. It really is disappointing.
This was my first time eating here. The line was long but they keep it moving pretty fast. The people were friendly and helpful. The food was freshly made and hot. I enjoyed it!
Outstanding service and very clean. Food was excellent. This place opened after Thanksgiving of 2021 and is across from in and out burger.
My first ever experience with God's Chicken! Definitely a good Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries and the Sprite was actually good. I can't say the sandwich was the best BUT Definitely not the worst ! Excited to try the Salads and other fixings everyone raves about. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future! BRAVO ??????
Well.. When I first walked in I was like "oh no.. another chicken fast food like KFC.."It is actually pretty good !!! I loved the waffle potatoes with the Chick-fil-A sauce?The chicken nuggets are like the ones we make at home. I'll definitely go back there!!!
So I finally gave in and traveled 20 to buy food.. I was so excited to finally try it. I ordered via mobile to pick up through drive through and it was a breeze. Yes the line was long. I would not go here if your in a hurry. The reason Im giving three stars is that they gave me the wrong soup. Yes i confirmed my order on the screen and bag and I ordered the right soup and was given another. I did not go back because i went home to eat and was not driving back
The shakes are fine. My husband likes the food. I don't know why this place is so popular, but the constantly full two lane drive through seems to say they're making plenty of people happy!
I gave a 4 because they forgot my chicken sandwich. However they were pleasant. Also the food we did receive the chicken need to cook a little bit more. I don’t want to be harsh as I know this is new location and they need about a good year or two to perfect everything. You all got this.
They have an amazing parking lot organizer for the drive through, which makes the experience that much more stress free. Staff meet us in the drive through line and pleasantly took our order. The line moved fast and super friendly staff handed us our food. Absolutely in love with the market salad ? ?
