This location is HORRIBLE!! The drive thru lines remain long and alow most days. The staff doesn't get the orders correct. Had to return a burger twice in same day. Inside was closed, so had to go back to drive-thru and wait 15 mins, only to get a staff member who thought I was going to pay for the replacement burger. Just aweful.
I live nearby and like to stop in for lunch. Your burgers and fries are great and you prepare them fast. I can't wait to try another sandwich from the menu. I will definitely be back soon.
Just drop by the air for a quick bite to eat the breakfast croissant the two for $5 is always a good deal better prices than McDonald's
Was fast. Emilio took my order got it 100% right and was efficient. Food was great fries could have been hotter. Emilio was very friendly and helpful. Give that guy a raise. 5 stars
Hungry, exhausted, rushing. We ordered 2 whoppers with bacon and no cheese and we got 2 whoppers with cheese and no bacon. We couldn't do anything but call back because we were already on the freeway when we opened up our supposed bacon whoppers no cheese. Big mistake, we can't even trust burger King to get our order correct. We paid $1.50 extra for them to add bacon each, that's $3.00 for no bacon. On the receipt there was no mention of no cheese on them, so we suffered there too. I called them to ask about bringing them back to exchange for our correct order but the phone just rang until the voice-mail said there was no room to leave a voice-mail. On the receipt it states to call them to tell of our experience and the number is the same as I had called. I love burger King out of all fast food burgers but today I was let down, sadly I was disappointed and I even paid extra to eat whatever they felt like giving us through the window ? ? ??
Person making shakes (not the drive thru guy) needs more training on making them thicker. It's not a shake if you can drink it like milk. Drive through guy was great!
If you buy more than 4 things check it. Its problem wrong.twice now I ordered doubles and got singles
Gave her my coupon she said the system was down. I had to pay full price. I went home to check the coupon it was used.
