Now you guys know how much I love local businesses right? Blue Saigon is no different. This place mixes your favorite dishes with an Asian twist. From the outside this place might not look like much, but trust me, I've heard rumors that the owner is looking to expand its storefront & that it might even have karaoke?! What?! Yes. But for now let's stick to what this place is & has.The store is tiny but not to worry, there's a lot to love. The cashiers & cooks are ready to help you with any of your questions regarding their food. & if you don't want to sit & wait, call in to pick up your order.They even have some cool drinks on deck for you as well as boba.Looking for a recommendation? Ask them! Or take my opinion on the sisig fries, warrior dog & of course the chicken wings (all very unique flavors if I may say so myself). BUT how could I forget the beloved Filipino favorite, the lumpia - a crispy, egg roll like item but better.Stop by & be adventurous.

I was in the area for volunteer work and I knew I have to make a quick detour to grab something from Blue Saigon. I ordered their garlic noodles with candy fried wings. The wings were amazing! I love the flavor and the crispy texture! The meat came off the bone easily. The garlic noodles was just right. This is definitely worth the trip if you're in the area... or even an hour-ish away!
I can't believe I have never been to this place!! I wanted to try something new and went to Blue Saigon. The candy chicken wings are THE BOMB!! BBQ pulled pork fries are amazing.. the Lumpia and dipping sauce makes you not want to share because it's so good! LolThe wait that everyone refers to is correct... it's about 25 minutes but the order was perfect and delicious!!! Definitely will be back!!!!
Blue Saigon in Venetian Hotel was awesome! Wings were cooked perfectly and garlic noodles were on point.
Food is great but routinely has a wait time of 1 hour or more. Do not call over the phone must place order in person. You will be left for dead waiting to place a phone order. Does not call when order is ready. Even though the lemonade is outta this world they run out often.
Shout out to the young man who made my day. I was one of the first people to order my food right after they opened. He said it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited in my car for 35 minutes as my ringer did not go off alerting me the food was ready. The guy told me the chefs made my order I correctly and they were remaking it. I had to get back to work and expressed this to the young man and that I was upset that my food wasn't ready within the 15 minutes they stated. Others were getting their food before me. Even phone orders were getting their food before me. I live in Vacaville and told the young man I need to get back home and to work. He apologized and made me whole. They remade the food and he took care of the situation while being professional and understanding and apologetic. Thank you for your great customer service. ?
I went there waited 25 minutia for my order. The fries were overdone, stale. Re fried. When I asked for my money back or another order. The “manager” refused to give me either. After gigling about it to his staff. I’m calling my bank for a refund.
Food is delicious!! However I recommend ordering through phone. We went in person and had to wait a very long time. When we finally got our food they hadn't gave us our thai ice teas, he recognized that and let another worker know and we waited another 35-40 minutes for 3 drinks. After realizing how long we've waited and the lumpia was more on the soggy side from the wait I walked up closer to the door to ask how much longer or get a refund so we can go and the guy looks at me and goes to the fridge to grab the drinks out. I was standing outside the whole time so it was bothersome to know that no employee handed them to me (if) they had been ready.
I wish I had a picture to share ? but I inhaled it. I ordered the sweet & salty pulled pork sandwich & Thai iced tea! It was delicious! I definitely recommend Blue Saigon! A hidden treasure for sure!
