WARNING DO NOT GO HERE .I was charged from this location after I had not been there in over half a year. Gave them call and answers provided were b.s saying they have old transactions that were never processed and now are processing. HOW DOES that make any sense. I was told customers were being emailed. HOW? they don't have any of my information???? Asked to speak to whoever is in charge but he is not there and no one knows when he will be in. Girl on the phone sounds like she hates life and was totally useless. DO BETTERedit: after my call to corp I received a call from this location. Allegedly the company they used to process payments never processed some transactions until 6 months later. BAD BUSINESS if you have an issue don't have the customers pay after the fact. deal with them for it. As a business pay for it. I was not offered anything for the trouble of calling everywhere and commenting wherever i could. still never stepping foot there again.
The Yogurtland in Pico Rivera never has a manager on site. I see the employees struggling. I’ve even heard that a employee is the one purchasing the Yogurtland product. This is very unprofessional. Now purchases are going through after two months? Very unprofessional. Poor employees that work there I feel so bad.

They would get 4 or 5 Stars but they don't open at 10am. They need to start opening up earlier. 12 noon is too late.
