The soda machine was out of sugar so only diet sodas were available. A male employee went out of his way to get us drinks next door. For us n another customer. We were very appreciative of him for that.
My food was amazing and in time. Casandra was so helpful. Will recommend
Good service.But horrible place to buy food during dang idiotic sport games. Stay away during those days or order your food with an hour before you want it.I put my order for 4:15. Came to pick it up, won’t be ready till one more hour after that.What was the point of putting the dang order in advance then!?Again, stay away during idiot sport days or be prepared to wait for a long time.The good service remark was due to the kid that helped me get my refund done fast.Stay away during sports days.
Never had a problem at any wing stop. However this one had poor customer service. The wait time is a bit long which I don’t mind. But they gave me the smallest pieces of meat and considered it a wing.

Love Wingstop. Will always order it over any other wing place. Just wished our location was a bit more concerned about timing. About half the time I order it is not ready at the time requested. Today was 15 minutes after.
Placed order after the 3 people behind us got their orders before us and waiting another 10 minutes I then talkedto the cashier they found they had out my order behind the to-go orders. Waited about 35-40 minutes in total, very poor customer service.
Slowest most unapplied service ede. Skip it.
