Employees close the doors to the dining area at 10pm even though their stated hours are till 12am in Saturday. People are still inside waiting to get their food but the doors are locked for other customers. Called the location while standing outside the door and they just look at the caller id and don’t answer, called multiple times till they noticed I was standing at the door looking at them, they finally answered.
I always come here on my lunch break and get the $4 combo special, my total has always been $4.41 and total I feel i got overcharged. I got the $4 combo but my total was $5.61! That's a $1.20 difference! Sales tax in Pico Rivera is 10.25% and if my combo is $4 it shouldn't be more than $441. I asked the cashier if the special was still $4 and she said YEAH! Very disappointed for getting over changed in the sales tax

He's likely racist because I'm the only one corporate contacted about this incident, I'm a really chill person so there was no reason to arbitrarily pick me besides being a smaller minority in the area than GUSTAVO.
Overall pretty, good, service was almost too good our large order was ready by time we reached the payment window, fries were oversalted.
I got a roach on my burger, so when I went to complain to the manager he snapped his fingers and a pack of roaches picked me and threw me out of the restaurant
The $5 deal bag is a really good deal. You get a double bacon cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. Yummy! ?
This Wendy's had a lunch rush so I went done in for a take out. I got my order extremely quick (in about 5 minutes).
The food is fresh and tastes good. However, it's been three times already where they don't read instructions. I understand if it free bit I'm paying more for extras and they don't get it. If it's not that they take a really long time. Okay place, could use some improvement.
Food seems to be getting worse in looks and taste. Patties tasted like they had been frozen for awhile. Spicy chicken sandwich was meh. Frosty melted right away. No bueno.
I've not ever had a bad experience with Wendy's. Food is good. I love the chocolate Frosty's. The fries are hot & crispy just the way I like them!!
