Staff took a phone call right before the transaction and made me wait almost 10 min. But before ordering didn’t let me know that they are only accepting Zelle or PayPal. Then there was an issue with Zelle, shows the staff and says this is your fault this has never happened to her before, (app said the small business wasn’t taking debit card payments). I said okayyy let me try again it said the same thing, said to call the bank to finish the transaction (bank was closed it was 7 pm). So I tell her I’m sorry about all this but I can’t take the cupcakes, she then replies with yeah I wasn’t going to give you the cupcakes. Then after all this hassle offers to take cash instead of also stating that from the beginning. Decided to leave and not come back. Terrible service Very rude and a B rating.
Not what i expected. The cupcakes all taste the same except for the topping. It is more of a 1 time experience, had the experience already so that is it for me. Will not be returning.

This ice cream place is fantastic! Every time my family and I return to Pico Rivera to visit family, we always visit this place. The ice cream is great and has a Mexican-American "cuisine-like" feel to the desserts they offer. The churros in my ice cream was super delicious and a fantastic idea, and the Mexican novelty ideas are great. I look forward to visiting this place again with my family and friends.
We came for desert and the we got help by one of the owners and boy he explained everything and went over his way to give us some pointers,and new items and things they make from scratch...thank you for a good experience and for sure we will come back soon.many flavors to choose... yummy

Love this place family owned and small business. Ice cream is ??. Marzapan and mole cupcakes delicious. Service is friendly. Always a smile and great conversation. Highly recommend to go and try. Karina definitely adds extra love to her cupcakes. Can’t wait to visit soon!
Ordered mini cupcakes for my wedding dessert table. They were a total hit! All the flavors were authentic and gave me nostalgia. The mini cupcakes are so cute and you have a chance to try all of the flavors! I always show off my dessert table when showing my wedding pics. My fave is the OG churro. Can't wait to get some for my next event.
