Always a pleasure stopping by here for my boba fix. Great customer service, and good quality boba drinks. I just wish they would get the smaller tapioca. Other than that, this is my go to place for my iced matcha green tea latte with honey. ❤️

Well I'm telling you, you should definitely get there!I can only speak to the weekend crowd but make sure that you have a few hours to wait if you want those delectable pancakes. You will stand in line to order and while waiting, there will be a sign that indicates a window of time to expect your order to be ready. If you don't have enough time to make it back, you might want to try somewhere else that day.If you are willing to wait, 2 hours in our case, the payoff is totally worth it. The pancakes are like nothing I have ever tasted before, they are light but filling and totally Instagram worthy. It's almost as if there was a marriage between mom's Sunday pancakes and that piece of cake you wanted for breakfast but weren't allowed to have.
You should hire kind people to attend the clients.The guys are working in Pico Rivera are very rude. They should learn to say a magic word: thank you.
