This place had very good service in the past, sometimes they're rude now, unfriendly, I don't know the pandemic maybe
I hate to say anything negative about any business, but this Starbucks is absolutely disgusting.
Customer service was great. No complaints. However, the new Pistachio Latte is garbage. No taste of Pistachio at all. No Pistachio crumbles on top. It literally taste like coffee with warm milk in it. What a waste.
Its supposed to be open, but its closed really early. (8pm PST) The drive thru line is long but no sign stating its closed. Waited 20 minutes until finally managed to get out of the line and checked the front and its lights out. Signs state they should be open too - online and off. Really NOT Appreciated! Especially after waiting for the line to cool off since it was super long as well during the dinner rush. Figured I'd come back later only to find it close.
I do not drink coffee but I bought gift cards for Christmas and it was a hit. Love making people ? happy
