was just there, walked in to order and some young guy was about to take my order when some other young woman with a bun (presumably manager) that had ALL of her hair sticking out stopped him from taking my order and sent him to do some little task. he finally took my order (nice guy average customer service). Left store to go buy something else and i checked my bag and my fries were missing (i ordered a chicken sandwich combo) i called the store 9 times and no response. i went back for my fries and the door was locked an HOUR before closing. i knocked for about 3 minutes and made eyecontact with the girl several times and they still didnt open the door. then some bigger older guy also came up to the door with the same problem as me, he knocked and they opened the door and the lady was extremely passive agressive. never going back again.
Gotta be the worst Popeyes. How I tell you what pieces I want and you give me literally opposite after you repeated my order. Moved like a snail. I had to ask for napkins then a fork which is behind the plexi glass ( counter). And he says to me you could’ve got it yourself. Then I get to work and he gave me 4 thighs & 1 wing. And old fries
Bad experience from the time I drove up to drive thru, after waiting for 5 minutes I had to pull to window and place my order there, I order 2 3-pc dinner with all legs only, I repeat that twice and when I got my order I ask again, chicken legs only? He replied yes.I got home and when open bag there were 2 legs and thigh on both orders, to top it off the chicken tasted like if it was re-fry.It was not "golden brown " it was "brown brown ", not going back to this location.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a blackberry pie & sweet tea,they gave me an unsweetened tea and the chicken inside the chicken sandwich was smaller than my newborns hand palm was dark and dry, horrible experience.Don't know how a chef can put that horrible looking peace of chicken inside a sandwich.Service was super slow and they had me park in front of the restaurant when they had literally no customers. Now I know why this restaurant is dead.Will not be coming back nor recommending to friends and family.
I came to get Popeyes drive thru and got the family meal, the lady said my order was complete as soon as I get home my 3 sides were missing my mistake was not check and trusting her. So I go back and I tell them what happened, they’re all giving me attitude asking for the receipt when I told them I was just there 10 mins ago and took all my order I even told the manager who helped me out she looked at my order and still giving me attitude. she then finds it and gives me my sides but only gave me 2 when it was 3 and leaves I’m there still standing, waiting and looks at me and I tell her it’s 3 sides not 2 and that’s when she tells the other girl who took my order to give me my 3 sides, she does it all with attitude and just gives it to me. me being polite, I still say thank you and she just walks away all rude! Worst customer service I’ve experienced!
Cold food. They took an exceptionally long period of time to get the food and charge us even though we were the only customers. They messed up our order. The workers were unprepared and they had extremely limited options. The food was bad, overall dysfunctional restaurant.
Everytime I come here the employees are very unprofessional and slow! I place my ordered on the drive thru one time and i waited in the parking lot 45mins and it was still not ready. After they told twice it would be out in 15mins I ended up getting a refund and left. I came in today and the girl cashier (with black hair ) didn't even greet us and was talking so low. I asked for a plates and she made it seem like it was such a huge task. You can tell she hates working here. The location didn’t even have people and she was so slow.
Ordered on uber and picked it up myself. Ended up waiting 40 min after uber said it was ready. Well I was waiting I watched the cashier walk around confused. Seen him several times wipe his hands on his croch and A$$ then continue to touch food without washing his hands. Management didn't say a word to him until he lifted up his shirt and wiped the sweat off his face then continued to butter the biscuits. After they told him something he asked who said something. Management said a customer seen you and that was it he's was right back at it.
Worst service ever !!! If I could give zero stars I would. It took 25min for 1 chicken sancwhich and only 1 car ahead of me. There’s one cashier No Manager insight. The cashier end up charging me for 2 sandwiches and does not know how to do a refund. In fact. I never received a receipt, they claim they don’t have any receipt paper. Horrible service
RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!One of the worst experiences I've ever had!!Why is it that these employees never have our order ready!!Come on!!So, she's sweeping, we ask for our order, not even, we asked if our order was ready!!She couldve said no.Instead, she just seemed confused.Once again, we ask, and she said I'll start your order in a bit, and continued to SWEEP!!At least ask someone else to start the order while you keep your restaurant maintenance up!!RIDICULOUS attitude, such inappropriate behavior!I apologize, maybe I should've picked up the dustpan to help you finish cleaning, or maybe I should've put on an apron and helped you start my order!RIDICULOUS!
