Wow. Ordered and they cancelled but charged me. Called and the person who answered was acting as if I didn’t want the pizza and in the manner of ohh screw you guy attitude I don’t want to be here voice. if I didn’t want the pizza I wouldn’t have ordered it from here.Last time they charged me and never delivered it I reached out via complaint and got no response. At least with this review people can spend their money elsewhere where they value the customer. I mean cmon 2 medium pizzas 1wings 70 dollars and no que papás so shortage of items but not laziness. Thanks but no thanks.

The driver call me three times within a 3 minute span, I called home back on the 4th minute 5th minute and 6th minute, he didn’t respond. I called the Pizza Hut location and they stated that the driver was already back at the location. Makes no sense, super unprofessional, and thanks for ensuring my family didn’t get our food after paying $60 for a pizza and wings, this is the fourth time I’ve ordered from this branch and the last.
Our delivery time stated 30 minutes and the delivery person arrived an hour late and with our food very cold.
They forgot anything item I purchased.
My pizza was done 15 min before my wings were done so when i got home my pizza was already cold. I ordered boneless wings as well and I received traditional wings.
It's cool but there jalapeños are sweet on pizzas and I like my pizzas ?a bit spicy
